Located in the main streets of Bad Wildungen, the project should refer this character of  the location, therefore, a community use was essential combine with small apartments for the residents. On the ground floor it was chosen a café and retail space. While on the upper floors are dedicated for residential use. A large two storey central courtyard that connects all the levels, works as a social node, allowing people who live there to interact and enjoy the green meeting point of the community.
