The project is based on the combination of heaviness at the base and lightness at the top. The materials reflects the idea of the project, therefore the solid base in contact with the ground, is a compact concrete block and the light upper part is made of wood for the structure and walls.
The slope of the plot is the second key to understand the landscape. This inclination allows us to create two levels on one side of the building, providing access for vehicles to the interior of the lower level, protecting against weather conditions.
